- If your medical facility is not yet registered, please initiate the registration process.
- If you have already registered, you can log in using your registered email address and password.
- In case you forget your password, you can reset it, and a notification will be sent to both your email and phone number.
- If your quality assurance office or the help desk at your medical facility needs assistance, they can request registration from your administrator.
